FPJ PASSES AWAY

That is the headline of today's Manila Bulletin... yep, as written, all caps... another death... WOW...

My dad was driving me to school when we learned from the newspaper that the movie kingpin Fernando Poe Jr., or FPJ as he was commonly called, died just a minute after midnight... this was all too soon... this was all too shocking... He just had stroke and was rushed to the hospital last Sunday... had another stroke when he was there that caused him to be comatose yesterday... and now, gone... it lets me think again of Michelle's words... how fast life really is...

I am not a big FPJ fan... I didn't even vote for him in the last presie elections... but what's shaking me is the fact that he was just ok 3 days ago and now he's being embalmed... life really does fly fast... again, wow...

wow... just wow...

oh, and just a thought... if FPJ won the elections, Loren or Noli Boy will now be president... some country this would be... kaya nga siguro hindi siya pinanalo ni God... He had other plans for him... again, just a thought...

Joining Our Creator

I'm writing this just minutes after my friend, Maylene, texted me saying, "Ateng, wala na si Daddy ko...". I know she's a strong person but a loss of a dear father would definitely crush her heart... i cannot even grasp the right words to explain how she might be feeling right now... kahit ako gulat na gulat... just 30 minutes earlier she texted her friends that her dad had stroke and was on a 50/50 condition na and was asking for our prayers... and then, this... WOW... sabi nga ng officemate ko nung narinig nya kong nag-react sa text, "Ang dali ng buhay no..."... oo nga, she's sooooo right... getting teary-eyed right now, i have nothing more to express...

Maylene... friend... as i told you, God has His reason for taking your daddy away... just be comforted that he has now joined our Creator, our loving God... wipe away your tears, dear, wipe them away... he's now happy there in heaven... be at peace because you have your very own Daddy guardian angel wherever you go and wherever life will take you...

Metrowalking

Last Friday, December 3, we watched the San Miguel Foundation for the Performing Arts' Christmas Festival... it was hosted by Ryan Cayabyab and (malamang lang!) SMMC and SMPO were featured... daya, bitin yung SMMC kasi 5 songs lang... (pasintabi po) yung SMPO naman hindi naman Christmas yung mga pinatugtog eh... huhuhuhu... Christmas Festival nga dabbaz?!?!?! anubanamen!! hahahaha!!!

SMPO playing at dahil gusto na namin umalis hindi lang magawa, nag-kodakan kami sa cylinder... hahaha! mga walang-hiya!ÜÜÜ

After the program ended (haaaaay salamat! hahaha!), we went to Metrowalk para kumain... napadpad kami sa Inasal Chicken Bacolod... which to my surprise have thrice more food choices than Galleria's... hahaha!

di pa rin patatalo... pictorial naman ngayon sa Inasal... hahaha!
